What skill level are you?

1 Week, 1 Month, 1 Year

Everyone's skill strength and endurance level is different when they start. Some stronger or better in some modalities than others. Just because you have been training for years does not mean you are a Ninja. It is the actions that matter not the time.


We believe to be a well balanced athlete(person doing life) you need to be able to perform all of it well, but how well? This depends on your goals.


Below is a chart so you can test and see where you are at. If you are not happy with where you are, hopefully this will expose to you where you are likely to need to focus on the most to get the best result.
